    Your €150 non-refundable booking retainer secures your place in our diary and allows your bespoke design process to begin.

    The retainer is not an additional fee — the full €150 is deducted from your final stationery balance.

    By paying your retainer, you are confirming acceptance of your agreed quotation and wish to proceed with your Bespoke commission.

    What Happens Next?

    Once your booking is confirmed, we'll gather any remaining wording, photographs and inspiration before beginning your original, one-of-a-kind stationery design. You'll receive personalised digital proofs for review, with up to three rounds of amendments included. Additional proof rounds are €15 each. Once your final proofs are approved, your remaining balance is due before production begins.
