Ordering Timeline

Booking & Consultation
We begin with your ideas, preferences, and desired pieces to create a proposal tailored to you.

Design & Proofing
A digital proof will be emailed to you for review. You’ll enjoy unlimited revisions, ensuring your design is perfect before printing.

Production Time
Please allow 3–4 weeks from final approval for hand production and finishing. Express production may be available at an additional cost.

Delivery
Orders are carefully packaged and shipped via tracked delivery, with tracking details provided once dispatched for peace of mind.
