Order Process

1. Booking & Consultation – After your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm your wording, fonts, ribbon colour, and any optional upgrades.

2. Proofing – You will receive a digital proof to review, with unlimited revisions included until you are completely happy.

3. Production – Once approved, production takes approximately 3–4 weeks. Rush orders may be available at an additional fee.

4. Delivery – Your invitations will be carefully packaged and shipped via tracked delivery. A signature may be required upon arrival.
