After placing your order, you’ll receive a template to complete with your ceremony text. We’ll supply digital proofs and offer unlimited edits until you're completely happy with the design — printing only begins after your final approval.

• Please note:

  Your ceremony booklet file is formatted once as part of your order, free of charge. If you need to make any changes after receiving the formatted version, simply let us know the edits via email, or highlight them clearly if you're sending the file back. We’ll happily apply your changes to the version we have on file at no extra charge.

  However, if a newly edited file is returned without highlighted changes and requires full reformatting or layout adjustments, a €40 reformatting fee will apply.

  While we take great care in presenting your content beautifully, we do not provide proofreading or spellchecking services. It’s your responsibility to ensure that all text is accurate and final before approval. We're happy to apply any text edits you need — just send them through clearly, and we’ll take care of the rest.
