Ordering Information

Minimum Order

50 invitations.

We recommend ordering a few extra invitations to allow for last-minute guests, keepsakes or unexpected changes to your guest list.

While additional invitations can usually be ordered later, small reprints are considerably more expensive per invitation than adding extras to your original order.

Each reprint requires a new production setup, including printing, cutting, layering, ribbon preparation and individual hand assembly.

Ordering a few additional invitations with your original order is therefore almost always the most economical option.

How It Works

1. Place Your Order

Choose your preferred Florence invitation suite and quantity online.

2. Personalisation

We'll contact you to request your wedding wording, and details of any optional upgrades you would like to include.

Your invitation wording and styling can be personalised to beautifully coordinate with your wedding.

3. Digital Proofs

You'll receive personalised digital proofs for approval before your stationery goes to print.

Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included.

Nothing is printed until your final design has been approved.

4. Production

Once approved, your stationery is professionally printed before each invitation is individually cut, layered, folded and assembled by hand.

The chiffon ribbon is then carefully tied around each invitation to create Florence's signature soft, romantic finish.

Production typically takes 2–4 weeks from final proof approval.

Rush orders may be available depending on our production schedule.

5. Delivery

Your finished wedding stationery will be carefully packaged and dispatched using tracked delivery.

Please note that colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products.

As every Florence invitation is individually assembled and each chiffon ribbon is tied by hand, there may be subtle variations between invitations.

These small differences are part of the handcrafted nature of the collection and make each suite beautifully individual.

All wording is copied exactly as supplied, so please check names, dates, spelling, addresses and all other wedding details carefully before approving your final proof.
